Key Takeaways
Andrew Peddar has joined Masttro as our Chief Operating Officer. Andrew will oversee our Data Operations and Client Experience teams, strengthening the operational support behind our platform and our capacity to deliver AI-powered wealth solutions to a growing, cross-border client base.
Andrew brings more than 25 years of experience in financial technology and enterprise software, with expertise in investment data, analytics and reporting. He reports to our CEO, Jay McNamara, and will work closely with the team at our New York City headquarters.
His appointment comes during a period of strong growth. Our annual recurring revenue has grown 43% over the past 18 months, and since the start of 2025 we have grown our workforce by 20%. Our people now work from seven countries and serve clients in more than 40 markets.
“As Masttro grows, it is critical that we ensure the quality of our data and the support our clients receive grows with it,” said Jay McNamara, our CEO. “It is also essential that our tools and support keep pace with our growth. Andrew has spent his career connecting technology, operations and client service in complex financial software businesses. He will help us scale those functions together, so clients can rely on Masttro as their portfolios and reporting needs evolve.”
Andrew previously served as Group Chief Operating Officer of StatPro, where he led commercial, client-facing and delivery functions across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. He later joined Broadridge Financial Solutions as Vice President and General Manager, running a global financial technology business that serves major financial institutions. Most recently, he was Chief Revenue Officer at Next Matter, an AI and data orchestration platform for asset and wealth managers.
Strengthening data operations and client support
Andrew will lead our global operations, onboarding and client experience functions, bringing these teams together so clients get the same dependable experience from their first day on the platform onward. His focus is on closer collaboration between teams, more efficient operations, and keeping service quality, data reliability and client outcomes at the center as we scale.
That work builds on how we already operate: as long-term partners to our clients. We stay close to how their needs change and feed what we hear back into the platform, so what we build keeps creating value as both our clients and our business grow.
“For clients managing wealth across institutions, entities and asset classes, reliable data and responsive support are essential,” said Andrew. “My focus will be on building upon Masttro’s strong foundation, further strengthening how our teams work together to deliver the connectivity, reporting and support clients depend on every day.”
Growing global connectivity and AI adoption
We continue to expand our global data network and AI capabilities. Masttro now has more than 750 direct custodial connections worldwide and tracks over 300,000 alternative investments. Combined with our integrated AI tools, that network lets clients consolidate complex financial data, automate time-consuming processes and see more clearly across their holdings.
In the first nine months of 2026, clients submitted more than 32,000 requests to the Masttro Intelligence Assistant, while Documents AI and Alternatives AI supported document and alternative investment workflows across more than 10,000 funds. In September 2026 we also achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, reinforcing our commitment to data security as our global operations expand.
