Our pricing model is determined based on a variety of factors including client needs, scope and requirements.
New client onboarding timeline is dependent on the scope of client integration but typically lasts 10 -14 weeks. The period includes goal and roadmap setting with our client service and onboarding team and a detailed project plan with standing weekly meetings, status reports, milestone check ins and ad hoc consultation as needed.
Each client is assigned a dedicated client service professional and relationship manager for direct interaction. In addition, we provide extensive library of support materials. For any issue our global client success team response SLA is within 24 hours or 1 business day.

Yes. Masttro is a global platform that supports multiple currencies. We can support any currency that clients request.
Masttro’s CRM functionality is fully integrated whereas clients can store contacts and the detailed information and documents needed to manage those contacts directly into Masttro. Contacts are organized in a central contact database and with each asset they are associated with. Client contact information is also fully integrated into platform alerts, to help clients allow for convenient and expeditious action to alerts and notifications. Clients can easily upload their contact data from their smartphone and manage all client's KYC components within Masttro.
Masttro hosts all data on secure servers in Switzerland, under some of the world’s strictest privacy protocols. All information is encrypted in transit and at rest and never shared with third parties.
