General Overview
Masttro is a wealth management technology platform built for ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices, and their advisors. It consolidates every asset a family owns, public and private, liquid and illiquid, into one accurate,real-time view.
The platform uses AI to aggregate and visualize wealth data, including alternative investments, real estate, private equity, and collectibles, alongside traditional holdings. Instead of piecing together statements from multiple custodians and spreadsheets, wealth owners and their advisors get one source oftruth they can act on immediately.
Masttro connects directly to more than 700 custodians worldwide, so data flows in through proprietary feeds rather than screen scraping or manual entry. The platform is available on web and mobile, backed by enterprise-grade encryption and data security.
A family office wealth reporting platform is technology that consolidates every asset, entity, and custodian a family owns into one system of record, replacing manual spreadsheet reconciliation with automated data feeds and reporting.
Family offices need one once complexity outpaces Excel. That tipping point usually shows up as multiple custodians, private equity or alternative holdings, multiple entities or trusts, and more than one family member who needs visibility. At that point, teams are spending hours a week exporting statements and reformatting reports instead of managing wealth.
Most platforms in this space are built as analyst tools for investment professionals. Masttro is built as an operating system for the whole family office, including the principal, the next generation, the COO, and the CIO, so wealth owners can see their own wealth directly instead of waiting on a translated dashboard.
Theother core differences: Masttro captures the total estate (public markets, private equity, real estate, collectibles, and liabilities) rather than just managed portfolios, prices on a flat annual basis instead of AUM, and does not use client data for benchmarking or model training.
Masttro serves single family offices, multi-family offices, private banks, RIAs, managed and professional service firms such as accounting, legal, and private equity firms managing ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Clients span more than 40 countries.
Two distinct groups use Masttro daily. Internal teams, including CIOs, analysts, COOs and investment professionals, use it for allocation, risk, cash projection, financial document and data aggregation and reporting through custom dashboards.
Wealth owners and family members use it for daily visibility into their wealth, secure document access, and performance tracking from their phone, tablet, or desktop.
Masttro is built for single family offices, multi-family offices, private banks, RIAs, managed and professional service firms such as accounting, legal, and private equity firms serving families generally at $50 million in net worth and above. The strongest fit is where complexity across entities, custodians, and asset classes makes manual reporting unsustainable.
The more complex the estate (multiple entities, multiple generations, cross-border holdings, heavy alternatives exposure) the stronger the case for Masttro over spreadsheets or a lighter-weight tool.
Masttro charges a flat annual fee, not a percentage of assets under management. Pricing is based on the number of estates, entities, custodial relationships, and alternative investment feeds, not on how much wealth is being reported.
That matters because AUM-based pricing penalizes families as they grow. With Masttro, a family's fee stays predictable even as their balance sheet increases. To receive a personalized proposal and price estimate, please reach out here: Visit pricing page.
Onboarding typically takes 12 to 14 weeks, depending on the scope of the client's data andentity structure.
Each client gets a dedicated implementation specialist and project manager, and the process covers building the entity map, connecting custodian feeds, uploading historical documents, and training the team, not just data entry. Ongoing support and training are included at no extra cost after go-live.

Capabilites
Masttro's Alternatives AI module automates capital calls, valuation updates, anddistributions by reading GP portal documents, emails, and uploaded PDFs directly, rather than relying on manual entry.
Private market data is consistently the biggest operational headache for family offices. Once ingested, Masttro reports standard private equity metrics (TVPI,DPI, RVPI, XIRR) at both the fund and portfolio level, so teams stop rebuilding this in Excel every quarter.
Masttro uses integrated Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technology that transforms wealth management workflows for our clients.
Discover Masttro Intelligence.
Masttro Intelligence is the platform's built-in AI layer. It answers questions about afamily's wealth in conversational language, surfaces exceptions, and helps execute workflows like generating reports or pulling data exports, instead of just displaying a static dashboard.
It's built specifically to solve the gap most platforms leave open: you can see your wealth, but you can't easily work with it. Masttro Intelligence runs inside the same secure, encrypted environment as the rest of the platform, so AI use doesn't come at the cost of privacy.
No. Masttro is not a general ledger and is not designed to replace accounting software like QuickBooks, NetSuite or Sage. Most clients continue to use their existing accounting system for bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries.
Masttro's role is total wealth visibility and reporting across every asset class and entity, layered on top of whatever accounting infrastructure a family office already runs.
Yes. Masttro connects directly to major custodians including UBS, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan, among 700+ direct feeds, and works alongside existing advisors and investment managers rather than replacing them.
Masttro sits on top of a family's existing advisor relationships as the consolidated reporting layer, not as a competing advisory service.
Yes. Masttro is a global platform that supports multiple currencies. We can support any currency that clients request.
Yes. Masttro includes integrated CRM functionality, so clients can manage contacts, KYC information, and related documents directly in the platform, tied to the specific assets and entities each contact is associated with.
Contact records are also linked into platform alerts and notifications, so relevant contacts surface automatically when something needs attention.
Masttro hosts all data on secure servers in Switzerland, under some of the world’s strictest privacy protocols. All information is encrypted in transit and at rest and never shared with third parties.
Yes, the platform can be fully white labeled with tailored dashboards and reports.
No. Masttro maintains 700+ direct custodian feeds, connecting straight to the custodian rather than scraping screens or requiring clients to hand over username and password credentials to a third-party aggregator.
Direct feeds mean more reliable, more consistent data and no dependency on a middleman that can break or introduce security exposure.
Client data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and clients hold their own encryption keys. Masttro's own employees cannot see underlying data such as account numbers, holdings, or AUM.
Infrastructure runs on a single-tenant Microsoft Azure environment hosted in Switzerland, so client data is never commingled with another client's and falls under Swiss data privacy law. Masttro is ISO 27001 certified and does not use client investment data for benchmarking, marketing, or AI training.
Yes. Masttro is available on mobile with biometric login and the same role-based permissions as the desktop platform, so wealth owners can check their total net worth, holdings, and reports from their phone.
Mobile access has become one of the most requested features from wealth owners and their families, particularly the next generation.
Yes. Masttro uses role-based permissioning, so a family can decide exactly who sees what. G1 might see the full estate while G2 sees only a specific subset of entities or accounts.
This is especially relevant for multi-generational families managing succession and who want to control what younger generations can see before they're ready for full visibility.
